Ordered just a drink and tots. Tots were so greasy and hard. Nothing inside them, just tasted like greasy plastic.

You don’t find good customer service like she gave my son and I that much these days so when I come across fun amazing energy like Zoeys I always leave a review ! have been using the sonic app to order at least 3 times a week as its supposed to be more convenient and quick. it gets worse and worse every time from order wrong to sitting there 20 min when the order was placed an hour before. some of the carhops are rude and snotty with the customers to the point i am done ordering from there. ill take the extra 15 min drive to peculiar for the better customer service.

I ordered cheese sticks and there's literally no cheese in them they're just hollow breading very overcooked. the hot dogs were absolutely disgusting and my burger was cold. never going back here

Could improve by firing management and hiring new managers that know how to really work fast food.
Long lines, super slow and often rude. Supposed to sell ice buy the bag, but only if they are in the mood. On several occasions I waited in their long slow line just to be told they aren’t selling ice today. Rude and inconsiderate. The machine isn’t broken, they just don’t feel like it.
