I came to the East Brainerd Sonic this evening and ordered at a stall. I ordered two # 1 combos with mayo, ketchup and cheese only, tots and Dr. Pepper with both. At first the total showed $18 and then jumped up to $31 and change. I pressed the call button again to ask about this before swiping my card. I never got an answer, so when the guy brought my food outside I asked if that was the correct price. He said yes it was, and I told him each combo was $6.50 before tax so that couldn’t be accurate. Wait until after you’ve paid and they bring your stuff out to tell you they’re out of something, then don’t answer the intercom when you buzz in to tell them what you want it replaced with. When finally getting the attention of the carhop who brought my order out, I was pretty much told sucks for you you’ll have to wait until someone answers. Almost an HOUR later I finally got someone, and she did not want to deal with replacing my missing items even in the slightest.

Slow!🤬I just asked them for 2 strawberry lemonades and they took 15 minutes! Because I called them and someone came outside but if I hadn’t called them they wouldn’t have come. And plus they only have me one strawberry lemonade and the other one was regular lemonade. Bad service. Won’t recommend🤬

Every time I come here the ice cream machine is broken. Sonic is known for their ice cream shakes and everything else but we never are able to get it. I tried today and they told me when I got to the drive thru window their ice cream machines were not working it's just ridiculous
