Had a terrible experience last night. First of all, it appears to be company policy not to pull someone up in drive thru if there’s a wait on their order. I was the 2nd car in the drive thru. So the guy comes to my car (nice of him !) and asks me if i had the fries. I said no that’s supposed to be a sprite. No biggie. I wait and then finally get to the window. Same guy tells me my order is $8.10. Not even close to my total. I tell him this and then he’s gone from the window for a bit. He comes back and has the correct total.... read more

This store is amazing they always get my order correct the food is always awesome. It’s a 20 min drive for me to this location and always worth it plus They take care of their first responders. Thank you Sonic Team in Westmoreland on HWY 52.. great job

Went to 2 stalls. No one answered. Waited 30 minutes while they just sat inside and looked at me and laughed. I was getting the food for my son on his lunch break, so now he goes back to work with no food. Absolutely disgusted by the behavior and laziness of the employees I watched completely ignore me. Probably why you work there, I know I wouldn’t hire you. I think your food is disgusting so, no loss for me.

Zero star if I could. Multiple employees not wear facial coverings, including the person who brought our food and got right at my car window. I could see people preparing food with no mask on. Ridiculous.

I ordered my food via app ahead of time, asked for the condiments on there as well. Well after we dug thru the bags we realized the sauces weren’t in there and we didn’t have a fork to eat with either. I pushed the red button and asked for ketchup, and the reply we got was we aren’t doing stalls, I said okay but we didn’t get any of the sauces we ordered.
