My last Chrysler. My leased Pacifica Limited, 37k miles, no accidents, 3 warranty repairs so far, they sold it with bad tires, and now telling me my expensive, extended warranty MIGHT pay for this major ac issue. “I’m sorry, that’s the Chrysler warranty”. I paid for my tires. Nav system goes out, multiple recall repairs already and they won’t cover their poor product. Go to Toyota.
I thought the service was supposed to be special here. You get parked on hold when you call. Nobody responds to your emails. When you go in person, the wait is long and it's hard to get your questions answered. AWFUL service.
Brought my Kia in to be serviced again. Second time in one weeks time. I gave them a primary objective to get done and a secondary objective. It turns out to complete the second objective, they needed to order another part. Mind you they had to order a part for me last week, that’s why I’m back. Southern Kia decided to not even work on my car instead of fix the primary objective. Oh and good luck calling them. They don’t like to answer their phones.

Never use southern vw greenbrier! They will completely take advantage of you and your situation. I called vw America and they won’t even stand behind their own mishaps. I went in to make it right and they told me I’m stuck. Once this nightmare is over in a year I will never deal with these people ever again. I will make sure that my friends and family never make the same mistake that I have.
Where's the Southern hospitality? I've called 8 times to get an update on my vehicle and ultimately had to call from TWO phones and STILL a constant hold... UGGGHHHH
There service is awful. Not enough servixe writers and very uncoordinated. Oil changes are sllooww
The young lady that works the service department has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I gave her a pass the last time I was here thinking maybe she was having a bad day. But it’s just as bad this time. Several people in the waiting room are even discussing it. It’s a bad look for your business if she’s the one representing you!!
