Horrible buying experience! We bought a certified Pacifica. Not even a week later started having issues with it. Brought it into the shop, they replaced struts, mounts, and bearings. Said we were good to go. After bringing vehicle home ended up with the same noise only louder. Now we are being told it is the steering rack. So for the month that we have owned it, it has now been in the shop for almost 3 weeks total! How could this be possible for a “certified” vehicle?!

If you drop your vehicle off to have an oil change and state inspection, you should get what you asked for. Well today I wasted an entire day waiting just to get 1 of the 2 things I requested. The oil is at 0% in my truck and if my engine blows because of negligence I will have a new car and a new house! All they had to do was pick up the phone and explain their situation. On top of this, I was given someone else’s car key. Luckily I noticed it as I was speeding out off the parking lot. 😡
Had another issue with our Kia, in which we had to call Kia road side assistance to be towed to dealership. They continue to tell us, that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Called the dealership, to see how they could assist in getting our family home after getting there and was told, they could not do anything. I hope no one else receives this kind of unsatisfying customer service, where the dealership leaves a family stranded! I strongly urge you NOT to buy a car from Southern Kia Greenbrier!!
Advertises vehicle from their liquidation lot as having air conditioning, then tells you that you’re out of luck when it doesn’t actually work because it was sold “as is”. Sorry way to do business.
A great experience with my vehicle. From start to finish took just over 4 hours. Great customer service.
I urge you all to find another dealer. southern GMC Greenbrier had my truck in for the same water leak 2 times while under warranty and never found the leak. interior needs replaced now. I paid out of pocket after being referred to an expert by the dealership after my warranty expired. if only they would have cared about their customers they would have taken that action 2 years ago when it was first brought to their attention. if you have to buy a GMC or get it serviced do it at another dealer.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The collision center has had my car for 46 days and it was a 6 day job! It was to replace and repair the front bumper area. $2500 estimate by insurance and 6 days. Now we are over $5000 and 46 days. Getting them to call you for updates is a joke, and don't even try to speak to Jeff Owens. Open heart surgery would be easier!!!
Everything has been a hassle with Southern VW, from purchasing my car to having service completed. There is a lack of communication, customer service and responsiveness. I would never recommend doing business with them.
