Dropped off a work van on Friday to have it serviced on Saturday. Went up there twice to pick it up and it was never ready. Still waited an hour on Monday morning for it to be completed. Dropped it off for oil change, tire rotation, and the check engine light was on. Got the truck back with the check engine light still on and tires not rotated!!! Who sends a new truck out with the check engine light still on!!! 🤬

The service was extraordinary especially my service advisor Paul. I recently lost my husband and was sorta at a loss as to exactly where my warranty etc stood. Hey his young man went out of his way to help me. My husband and I have bought 5 or 6 cars from Southern and I will be a faithful customer as long as your service department stays as good as it is. Anybody can sell a car. Maintaining one is totally another story. Thank you all so much
