Southern GMC will not return phone calls or take care of service problems. Big mistake in buying a car here.
When you make an appointment- the service department should honor it. Its too bad people don't respect others 'time' and value them as customers. I'm not a GMC customer and prolly never will be- the actions of one dealership effect my choice :( But for those of you that do choose GMC, there are other dealerships I the area that would live your business...
The Chesapeake office service department is top notch. Thank you for great service.
