Poor customer service and poor product- I’d had my brand new Yukon for leas than a year and had problems and continue to have problems with it!! Owners ignore calls, and do not take full accountability for the issues
Wife took her car here for a simple oil change (decided to take it here since it's closer to home, as she normally takes it the Southern dealership she bought the car from in Norfolk). Beware of southern Volkswagen service department. They quoted me $330.00 for service and repair and my bill was $526.60 . They call miscellaneous materials and drive ability diagnostics how is this possible. People this isn’t ok . Beware and stay clear
We have owned and had vehicles serviced there for probably 15 years but lately, their service is horrible! No one will answer the phone, our personal service tech Travis will not return phone calls. Our car was dropped off the night before for oil change and state inspection. Our scheduled time was 7:30 am. It is now 4:45 and nothing. And no one will return my call.
Do not take your car here to get fixed. all the employees are lazy and do not want to work. Larry and Chris both talk very inappropriately in front of customers. They both called and said nothing was wrong with my car, when I already took my car to two different dealerships. I was inform to take my car to a kia dealership bc kia had the proper equipment. Now southern kia is trying to tell me nothing is wrong when I already had the car looked at.
Dropped my car off at the dealership this morning at 0830 for oil change and state inspection. Get a call at 1705 saying my car was ready to be picked up... No inspection done, and not only did they get grease on my passenger seat, which there was no need for them to be in, they got it all over my glove box, and in my glove box (along with everything in it) as they rifled through it, and on the outside of my passenger door. RecommendedMy biggest issue with Southern is their app. I can't schedule service for my car through them and never have been able to. They take care of my car just fine and they are friendly, but I'm tired of not being able to schedule from the app.
I wouldn’t recommend they even stay in business
The service at this dealership is the worst that I’ve ever dealt with in the 60+ years I’ve been alive. They don’t do the work correctly, and they don’t return phone calls. I have been calling them now for three days trying to set up a service appointment for warranty work on a vehicle that only has 14,000 miles on it and they will not return my phone calls. If you purchase a vehicle there, don’t expect it to be serviced. Management there is some of the worst I’ve ever seen.
