Service writers Rocco and Joe we’re friendly and efficient. They worked well with the warranty company. The work was done in a timely manner
Any dealership service department is going to charge a premium. I was not looking for a bargain, believe me. However I witnessed the price slashed every time I uttered the word "No". This was not surprising. I've seen that several times at other dealerships and this dealership. this car was bought at this dealership and been a disappointment ever since. Southern Volkswagen is a disgrace in a disgraceful field. You will be robbed at any dealership, but they have no shame here. Change my mind.
I just bought a 2019 Chrysler 300S, and between Ed Donaher and Mike Casisa we could not have had a better experience. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and got us right where we asked to be with payments. We will never go anywhere else and will highly recommend that our friends come and work with them as well. Thank you so much for everything guys, you were top-notch!
Excellent service, Paul has showed personal interest and concern when my car is in for service. He called me to keep me up on the status of repairs. Lamont has also been friendly and helped me when Paul was not available.
Nick and Patrick were awesome in the service Dept. Had me done and out in no time!

Sales Dept. was great, but the Service Dept. has a lot to be desired! Have had issues with them (advisors) every time I’ve been there since I bought my new Jeep last May. Today was a 3 hour wait for an “express” oil change.
