Nothing short of excellent from the original estimate to the installation. Tony Mendes was the project manager and he was excellent. He came over to do an estimate and was very informative and professional. He also came over during the installation and explained everything once the project was complete. The system is working well and is very efficient. Thanks to everyone...I will definitely refer you to others.
Amazing company. Amazing customer service. Have had our units serviced a couple of times by one of the technicians, Shane. He is extremely courteous and trustworthy. He takes the time to point out potential issues and actually show me the part and why it is bad or may be failing soon! Could not be happier with the service we have gotten from Southern Comfort for some time now. When we needed a new furnace, there was no question who we were going to call. They handled it quickly and professionally and we are enjoying a very quiet and efficient cooling system! Would highly recommend!
