We had to make a decision on finally getting a new heating and air system. Technician Shane Dendy gave us many choices and walked us through the process. We have a Flat roof house with very small and limited access and other companies walked away or wanted to charge more. Southern Comfort stepped up and we couldn't be more satisfied with our new system. Special thanks to Shane and crew for showing us what customer service is all about.

The service was excellent! We needed a complete overhaul and they did everything in 1 day! The crew was nice and professional. And they followed up immediately when we needed a few adjustments. Thanks to them we won't freeze in our house this winter :-)
Jason Frasier has an awesome company for AC. Yesterday the crew arrived and removed the old aging system and duct work. By the end of the I had a new system with zones and a whole house clean effects system!!! It is wonderful! They will be adding a ductless system for my husband's workshop in the garage. Thank you Jason for your dedication and service!
I want everyone who reads this to know that Shane is the kind of guy you want to talk to when you have heating problems in your home. It was like a family friend had come by and assessed our options with my wife and I. As an ex coach, I pride myself with the ability to judge people when I first meet them. Shane is the real deal. The management at SCM are lucky to have him on staff. And the office personell are extremely polite and caring also.
