Great local company; involved in the community (Lewisville Western Days, etc.). They just completed some warranty work; handling everything, just charging for the labor. The guys were fantastic; went about diagnosing and repairing methodically. I asked about the company; both praised it as a great place to work (the best).
Needed my 15 year old AC replaced. Shane came out the same day immediately after I made the call, gave me a quote on the spot and installed my 5 ton 20 seer with 3 thermostats and 3 zones 2 days later. He even added an extra zone/2 ducts in the garage to take the edge off. 2 weeks with this new system and it works awesome. We can cool down the master or any other zone as low as want it for better sleeping. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and answered all of my questions. Just had our A/C replaced, and couldn't be happier! Shane and the Southern Comfort team were amazing. Very quick service...Shane came out on Tuesday to give us an estimate, and had our new unit completely installed the next day. Shane took his time and made sure to explain the new thermostat completely before leaving and answered every question that had.
