The technician was very professional and did excellent work. The company uses text and emails to remind you for the appointments and keeps you connected on arrival time etc. I was so glad to receive their email reminder about the fall check up. Price was reasonable and would definitely recommend. Very pleased!
Isaac was right on time, put on his booties at the door, and had a very friendly attitude about his job. Seemed to know exactly what he was doing and finished in 30 minutes. 👍

Very seldom do I ever get to say we have received excellent service from a company but not only did Southern Comfort provide excellent service they installed our new AC unit for half of what we were quoted from other companies. When the install crew came out Tony introduced all of the crew and made sure everything was ok and when the master tech came out to make sure everything was working as it should he introduced him also.
