A fantastic experience! Great customer service, installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and left the work site completely clean. The next day we were contacted to be sure we were completely satisfied. So refreshing to find a company that provides outstanding customer service!
I am thoroughly impressed with SCM. Chris was prompt, professional, and fixed an issue I've had since the system was installed (2.5 years). He explained everything (answered all my questions) so I understood the problem - short on freon that the installing company didn't figure out. Magically, the problem disappeared. I'm glad I called and will continue to use and recommend SCM.
