I recently called Southern Comfort (along with a couple of other companies) for repair on my A/C unit. The other companies said they were booked for over a week, but even though Southern Comfort was extremely busy, they were able to squeeze me in for an appt the next day. The service man (Shane) showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes of arriving! He was very professional and friendly, explaining everything he had to do to fix.
