Response was prompt. Todd had to come back out a few times due to multiple issues with our system, but was able to resolve. It's also nice that they send the same tech out each time. They know your system, you don't have to explain what's happening, you get to know your guy.
BJ did a good job inspecting our systems
Joe did not rush when he serviced my Trane and ensured that even though it was new, everything was working correctly. He was very knowledgeable, patient and advised us how we could optimize our new unit. He helped to make sure we were honoring the warrenty requirements in case it was ever needed. Joe also let us know what other services were available without being pushy. Best considerate serviceman we have ever had! We request Joe to service our unit in the future.
