I bought my HRV in 2016. No problems with purchasing the car and very friendly staff, but the wait time for service is extremely and entirely too long. I had a scheduled appointment via online a few days prior to appt date for 7 am for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time, but did not get out of there until almost 11 am! I’m not sure if they are short staffed or what, but it seems to be this way every time I’ve taken my car in.

That’s where I bought the car 15 yrs ago and knew it need a new computer. Took a week to diagnose than another week to receive the part and just a couple of hours to let me pick it up... with several thousand dollars of recommendations. Otherwise, staff very friendly and understanding of me numerous calls and concerns.

We were looking for a vehicle that we could tow and James came to our rescue. He walked us thru all the cars that might meet our needs - but ultimately sensed that maybe he should expand the search James personally took our search on and found a great car for us. He really showed, not only customer service, but also customer care! We have a car we can tow, fun to drive, and made ready for us by James! Great job! Thanks for everything!

I had a problem. Paul followed up and took care of me.
Didn't have an appointment & dropped by for an issue with a tire sensor. Decided to also see if I could get my oil changed & tires rotated. It was no problem! Excellent customer service.
