We brought in our Civic with an ongoing low tire issue, it was patched and ready to go! While there my fob recently registered as a low battery, the dealership replaced that battery at no charge ... BAM! Finally, my wife’s car got a nice cleaning for me to take home to her. South Pointe ROCKS!
Had a super experience at Southpointe. Went in for a retint on one of my windows. Dave Brock waited on me and he recommended an oil change also. Knocked it out in less time than quoted and washed my car to boot!! I was very happy and will definitely be back.
Had a terrible experience. We tried to purchase a vehicle and the sales guy we were dealing with wouldn't show us any cars and just kept talking in circles. I've never seen a guy try so hard not to sell a car!
The service department is always willing to work with you and help make decisions about what is priority in needing fixed if you can’t afford it all at one time. They offer great coupons/specials also. Paul is super- my whole family calls on him when bringing our cars in! Love his calm demeanor and helpfulness!
