We called at noon on Saturday to see if possibly they would have an opening for an oil change. We brought car in for appointment an hour later at 1:00, & were checking out at 2:00. Now that is service! The vehicle rep Berry was so polite & knowledgeable. I would recommend South Pointe to everyone.
