Purchased my van in January 2020 and have had it at this service location 3 times. All 3 visits have been terrible experiences with the last one occurring this morning. Leaking tire that was ignored after being in for service to be looked at that we then took the vehicle on a long road trip. Ended up causing more damage to the tire and needing the tire replaced after just 8 months owning the vehicle (so they said). Not happy with our buying experience back in 2014. Continued using service department for warranty purposes. Every time I go they come up with all types of extra work I “need” at inflated prices. The wait time is always long and nearly every person there is told they need additional service. Not impressed at all. I get better service at 4-Star Imports or another mechanic. We bought another Honda since from Don Carlton. Easiest, most pleasant buying experience we’ve ever had. I will not be returning to Southpointe.

I’ve purchased several cars over the years from South Point. My most recent purchase was a new 2016 CRV. I’ve been taking this car to their service department for 4.5 years. The service I received today was by far the VERY best service I’ve ever received. Oil change, tires rotated, brake fluid and new wiper blades and car was finished in an hour. Keep up the good work. Yes, I made an appointment for an “off” time.
