Horrible experience today. Walked in the dealership show room twice and no one, not one sales person even attempted to provide service, they didn’t even acknowledge our presence. We literally had to walk the lots by ourselves, only problem is there was no information on the cars, no price, no mileage and barely any description. This dealership is the worst. Mind you I don’t want to be hounded but I certainly don’t expect to be completely ignored. I took my 25k-30k budget to another dealership.
I was very disappointed in the service I received . The guy said my car would be ready on a Thursday . When I finally contacted him on Friday he told me it was ready. I dropped off the rental and when I got to the dealership another service guy said he had not indication my car was ready but then after about 20 min of searching he told me it was ready. So when I finally got my keys I realized they never did change out my tire which he said should have been done by Thursday. So then I had to wait another 30 min for them to ch... read more

Excellent customer service. Trey Smallwood was very courteous and efficient and explained everything I needed to know. I was unable to complete the survey on my phone but wanted to say "THANK YOU" for a quick and easy service on my Honda, which by the way I am enjoying. We also enjoyed the donuts and coffee while we waited.

We bought a 2019 Honda Odessey in May 2019. Our sales guy, Joel, was great! Everything regarding the sale went smoothly and we couldn’t have been happier. Service is a completely different story. I’ve had 2 bad experiences and I always get a phone call for a survey and she always says she’ll let the sales manager know and they’ll be in touch. It’s been over a month and still nothing. They backed my car into a pole when they were working on the radio (which is still not fixed) and after my car was repaired it stinks like glue... read more
