2 hour oil change is not for me. I had a 10 am oil change and got their at 930 and left after 1130. Jody said appointments dont mean crap they just get u in the door. it would be nice to have known and been nice if they would have said there is a 2 hour wait. why dont yall have people doing oil changes only? I will take my car elsewhere for now on. I have purchased 2 cars and dont. think my next car will be from southpointe
