The service department was slow.
South Pointe has done good work on my Chevy Volt for a few years. Wes the manager is responsive and they don’t do work the car doesn’t need. I’m very glad they have a mechanic certified to work on EVs.
Good, fast service. The service reps are considerate and knowledgeable.
they are great at time of purchase but after the fact 6 months later they don't even treat you like you bought anything from them at least that's the way I've been treated an it didn't make me feel like I'm ready to buy my chevrolet's from them because I'm a Chevy man but wasn't treated like a loyal customer such I am because I bought from them in 1993 but this time way different..No good on customer comes first treatment ...
Prompt service even when the parts aren’t readily available, got me ready for the weekend!
