Answer the phone be nice, need a check lists so do the oil change and tire rotation and up date the computer and not leave grease on the door. When I send a complaint could at least respond and say you are sorry. Took vehicle to some one else to fix this, plus had a damaged and leaking tire with in 20 miles of leaving this place, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
