You call and let them know you're going to go look and test drive a vehicle with 100% intent of buying and they lend it to someone even after booking you to see the car. It's literally so unorganized that I talked to 3 or 4 different people and all of them said something different and none of them knew what was going on. None of them seemed eager to help or to sell. No call backs, texts, or nothing. Needless to say, I bought a vehicle from a dealership across the street with actual sales people.
