the attention of the staff is great. the staff goes above and beyond to make your visit worth while.
Shuttle driver hung up on me because he did not have a GPS to find my place to pick me up after me waiting for 15+ minutes outside expecting him to come. Did not even say a "sorry." Very unprofessional and rude customer service. I ended up with taking a cab to the dealer without using their shuttle service, while my car was being repaired. I never had any of such experience with other Chevy dealer in Tulsa or elsewhere. Very disappointed and will never come back!

Unless you want to be lied to and misled I would stay away from this dealer. I paid full sticker on a CPO 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 and only asked for their fees to be waived, a back up camera and window tint. They agreed to the fees being waived and to tint the windows. After my call not being returned I called again today and they informed me they would only cover tinting the 2 forward windows. This was not discussed when the deal was made, the sales manager told me that it was said and basically called me a liar. I have t... read more
