Went in for an oil change. Knew it was time for tires. Was able to get new set of tires that I wanted, oil change, new wipers and rear brakes all for not much more than what a set a tires at another tire shop would have cost. In addition my service rep this time (same as last time) is the best I have there in the past 4 years.
After a month of looking for a vehicle, WE FOUND ONE! We had many specifications that had to be met and South Pointe met them all! From the salesman, Bill Lanning, to the finance department, this was THE easiest and most pleasurable experience ever! There was ZERO pressure! Don’t hit a wall and give up on looking! Take your time and go look at South Pointe Chevy and ask for Bill Lanning!

Kenny, the service associate was very helpful and understanding. My car was almost out of warranty(within 500 miles) and I was planning a 1000 mile drive. The day before my trip I took my car in for a oil change. ( Meineke). At Meineke I was informed that there was an oil leak from the oil pan. I was quoted around $1700 and it would take 10 hours to repair. My warranty was still valid. So I took it to Kenny and he not only got my car fixed but got me on the road the very next day.
