Always a lovely experience coming here, the pancake breakfast is amazing! Great service with very friendly staff. Touch controls in the room are not always intuitive and the design of the shower in the bath means there can be quite a lot of water outside the bathtub when you've finished. Minor issues really, although one plug for the kettle and coffee machine is a bit tight - mind you don't scold yourself when plugging and unplugging... Very close to Northern and District line tubes, great to explore any part of London from.

We were supposed to stay at this hotel through Booking.com, but unfortunately, due to administrative issues, we couldn't travel. We had a non-refundable reservation, but the option to change the dates or request a refund from the hotel as a goodwill gesture was offered. Unfortunately, all of this was refused without any explanation! We are therefore disappointed by this lack of respect and the hotel's poor customer service, which has been completely ruined. They will undoubtedly re-let the room at a profit. This has happened... read more
