The depo clinic in this facility is very professional and supportive but the communication between teams and peers is dismal. I receive a depo injection every 2 weeks from this facility so have a lot of exposure to this facility. In my experience I will request changes to my medication only to find that 2 weeks later nothing has been discussed and the message did not reach the right people. I have had a fantastic experience with the South Kensington and Chelsea Community Mental Health Team. Sarah was compassionate, professional, and incredibly supportive, guiding me through a challenging period. Her dedication and expertise made all the difference. Highly recommend their services!
This place tortured and traumatized me. One of its nurses, threatened me with hospitalisation and made me take a sleeping pill infront of him, which put me in a road accident, while walking back home.
