The team at South County Lexus have always done an amazing job for me, I have been a customer since 2009, I have purchased two vehicles from the dealership, and had all service done here as well. Davin Anthony and the service team are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales and service.
Isaac Lam was great. He was thorough, very professional, and kind. A+ for Isaac Lam but a -0 for your car wash crew. My car was returned to me after it had been washed with bird droppings, bee pollen drops, black grease on the hood topped off with multiple big scratches on the hood. Isaac took it back another wash and to have the scratched attended to. Your wash crew was unable to completely buff out the scratches so I must return again to have it buffed out. They’re always super helpful, go out of their way to make sure everything is done right, and always give me my Sexy Lexy back all clean and sparkly ��� I’m officially a Lexus customer for life, and as long as I’m in so cal it’ll be this dealership I go to!
I have always had great experience at South County Lexus. The recent visit was for a 10000 mile service, they had me dropped back at my office and picked up again once the service was done
