I've had 2 bad experiences recently. For service, they scheduled me with an adviser who had the day off! Another adviser helped me out but it was a mad scramble. More recently I had a repair that was covered by my car insurance - should have been covered under the warranty - They were disorganized and clearly did not even have the facts straight about what happened to the car. They don't listen. I do not feel well cared-for; this is not the standard I would have expected from Lexus.
Hassan got me a loaner car, took care of my service needs, and got it done sooner than I expected.
Always a fantastic experience. Matt Hoss, and my service advisor both go above and beyond each time. I will only drive Lexus from now on not only because it is a great car but because the fine people at South County Mission Viejo Lexus. Thank you South County Lexus.
