I really appreciate your friendly and professional service attitude by your staff. Thanks for offering to refill gas tank, in return for vehicle recalls. Thanks for free car wash too. I also liked the many choices of healthy snacks you provide to your guests in the waiting lobby area.
Don't buy used car from them after I did buy used car found out the car need breaks (pads and rooters) timing belt strides about $2500.
Will not only not recommend, I would do my very best to keep my friends away. A hillbilly Toyota dealership in Lexus clothing. Horrible after sales support and a complete disregard for old and repeated customers. Have been waiting over two months for follow ups to my requests. Stink up from management to those who can't even wash a car properly. If only Lexus knew what these villagers are doing to the brand.
Our family has purchased two vehicles (pre-owned) from South County Lexus in the the last two months! Yes, we were so satisfied the first time that we returned when my daughter set out to buy her first vehicle. Sure, we did our homework and shopped some other dealerships, but boy did we feel neglected at those places. South County Lexus cares about its customers -- JR in Sales and Mattew in Financing are our go-to guys!!
