He was not overbearing just checked in periodically to see if my interests changed or to provide me with inventory updates. He went in early several times to try to lock in a car for me but this is a busy dealership and inventory sells quick. Everything was great, as usual, with my service experience at Lexus. My service advisor, Ronnie Crowe, was exceptional. Ronnie takes the time to explain everything in detail, he kept me informed of the progress on my car and the associated costs. My car was done and ready for pick up on time.

We just bought a Lexus ES 300h and I have to say we had a great buying experience with Twee. Twee was very easy to deal with with none of that discomfort that usually comes with buying a car.
