I had the best experience dealing with Matthew Molus this weekend getting me into a 2019 NX. Matthew was so easy to work with, and took the time to go over information and numbers over the phone, was accommodating when I bumped up my test drive a little earlier, and didn’t pressure me when I wanted to think the purchase over for the night. 5 Stars! The service at MV LEXUS is outstanding. I always use the same service representative RGD. He has coordinated all my car service and unexpected repairs over many years now. I like having the same person to deal with. He knows me and knows my car. He is very friendly, professional, and always calls me back with updates. RGD is the best rep I’ve ever had.
