They totally took advantage of my 82 year old mother, she brought her car in because lights on her dash appeared, they said all she needed was her tire pressure valve stems replaced and all the lights would go away, they charged her a thousand dollars and she was driving home and all the lights came back on so she took the car back the next day and they said only 1 light was on yesterday and they told her now she needed a new transmission. You don't enforce the mask policy inside. I complained about someone, you did noting, several employees spoke with her but never told her to put the mask on after several complaints. Is there a new mask exemption to use your phone ? We can spread the virus by being over privileged? My mother took her RX350 to this location to have a rear light fixed. They convinced her to agree to a number of "repairs" and told her she had 5% life left on her brakes. I take the car to my mechanic and he says there is over 50% life on both front and rear pads. I wonder what else they straight up lied about. This is a dealership that gives the entire industry a dirty image.
