Went great The test drive went great and the next day, just as Dennis promised, there was my new car washed and full of gas ready to roll. Paperwork took all of 20 minutes and I was out the door. I did opt for all weather floor mats and wheel locks which had to be ordered, but they came in the next day and were ready to be picked up.
No upselling, informed evaluation of my car's health I have taken my Toyota highlander hybrid here twice and had outstanding service both times. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on the phones, polite and prompt receiving on time, on budget and my car came out cleaner than it arrived.
