Happy Customer I made my appointment for a tune-up on-line and I heard back quickly that it was confirmed. When I arrived, I was greeted. I did not have to wait too long to meet with my service representative. The work was done quickly.
Great deals The only partially negative thing I can say about South Coast is that they are a smaller dealership compared with the last dealer I used, Tustin Toyota. The showroom is smaller and not as posh. I'd rather visit the smaller dealer where it seems like they use that extra money to help me get a better deal and lock in my repeat business.
I recommend this great dealer to all!! I bought a 2011 Rav4 Limited SUV from South Coast Toyota. Michael Black, Michael Rice, and Danny Ramos Nava were very professional, patient, attentive, fair and honest. This is the second new vehicle that I have purchased from SCT. I recommend this great dealer to all!!
Service Excellence I asked for and got an appointment at the last minute for a used car check. Service people, Kristy & Leo, went well beyond my expectations to make sure I understood their findings. I've never experienced this kind of personalized service at any dealer before. They're the best. I'm confident they represent all the service providers at South Coast Toyota. I highly recommend Before going to south coast Toyota I had gone to 4 different dealers they all promised they could get me into the truck I wanted with the payment I wanted and of the all salesmen were really pushy, typical salesmen. Honest and friendly The staff at South Coast are exceptional!! Always go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers. They are very friendly and honest, always achieving that customer satisfaction!!
Saved me a ton of money These guys are the best. One call to Bill Bailey, and he saved me a ton of money, and I was treated like a customer should be. I would not buy from anywhere else. Finance guy was great as well. Thanks guys, you came through again.
Nice Job Brought my car in late after due to a malfunctioning driver side window. Left it overnight, was able to pick it in the morning. I appreciated the quick service and the cost to repair the window was reasonable.
