ighly recommend Customer service was excellent. Fred Baniassaad was very knowledgeable about the car and was very helpful in getting us in the car that was right for us and for the right price. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the dealership and the sales people. We highly recommend Fred!
Great deals The only partially negative thing I can say about South Coast is that they are a smaller dealership compared with the last dealer I used, Tustin Toyota. The showroom is smaller and not as posh. I'd rather visit the smaller dealer where it seems like they use that extra money to help me get a better deal and lock in my repeat business.
I highly recommend Before going to south coast Toyota I had gone to 4 different dealers they all promised they could get me into the truck I wanted with the payment I wanted and of the all salesmen were really pushy, typical salesmen. Excellent! This was my 2nd experience at this dealer and again, it was excellent! My sales guys -Bill Jr and Josh were knowledgeable and helpful without pressure, truly professional. I knew what my trade was worth and they gave me what I wanted for it and on top of that they sold me a truck under MSRP! Then I met Patrick in finance and he showed me how to save even more. I had an excellent experience. If you encounter the same guys as me I'm sure you'll be happy too.

Couldn't be happier Bought my first car today (2013 Corolla) and I couldn't be more happy with the service. Jose Espinoza and Bill Bailey in sales were patient, non-aggressive, and really informative. Awny Shenouda in finance hooked me up with a bumper to bumper package that I feel very comfortable with as well. I had so so credit and no money down, and we made a deal happen that I'm really happy with. Absolutely no buyer’s remorse here.
