There was NO waiting at all. Michael Rice and Tung Nguyen in the "Internet Department" did a superb job! I received an e-mail and phone call in less than 1 minute after inquiring on line. There was NO waiting at all. When I arrived my lease was already pre-approved, the car and paper work were already waiting for me. Total time at the dealership was less than 45 minutes. Great experience I have never experienced a dealership so accommodating as South Coast Toyota. I had a great experience to my car. I can not only say how amazing south coast has been but how great their services have been after the fact.
Most painless and transparent car buying This was the most painless and transparent car buying experience I've ever had. The financing was better that I got a credit union and the salespeople were great. John Deloss is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had and Louis Davies was very patient and made sure the whole process went smoothly and quickly. They had the car that fit my needs and the price that I could afford. I'd do it again tomorrow if I had to!!!
Painless and quick transaction I just got my Venza from South Coast a week ago and let me say, that was a very painless and quick transaction. Some other dealers try to haggle you on price but TUNG NGUYEN was easy to deal with. I wrote everything what I wanted and he quoted me the price. He was upfront and responded quickly to any questions I had. He got the car ready and it was parked at the front of their office when I got there!
Saved me a ton of money These guys are the best. One call to Bill Bailey, and he saved me a ton of money, and I was treated like a customer should be. I would not buy from anywhere else. Finance guy was great as well. Thanks guys, you came through again.
Good experience We did not go to the dealership with the intention of buying any car that day at all, but after a little bit more discussion Gary showed us the 2013 Corolla Special Edition in Hot Lava (a gorgeous metallic orange). Gary had listened to us when we were discussing colors and features and used that to show us a 'fully loaded' Corolla in my favorite color.
