I would like to share my experience with Toyota South Coast.Two weeks ago, I leased a car that was a returned vehicle with only 400 miles on it. However, when the car was delivered, I was not given any instructions regarding its use, nor was I provided with the second key I had specifically requested. I paid a $1000 deposit to secure a highly desirable car that was scheduled to arrive in 2 months. With approximately 3 weeks left before it was scheduled to arrive on the lot, the dealership contacted me asking to sign the contract for purchase. I highly recommend Before going to south coast Toyota I had gone to 4 different dealers they all promised they could get me into the truck I wanted with the payment I wanted and of the all salesmen were really pushy, typical salesmen. Best experience I came into purchase my vehicle from Armando Cabrera in October 2016. I believe this survey is following my new vehicle purchase. I have yet to return to the dealership.
Nice Job Brought my car in late after due to a malfunctioning driver side window. Left it overnight, was able to pick it in the morning. I appreciated the quick service and the cost to repair the window was reasonable.
Gary listened to what we needed I went to the dealership to look at a Scion FRS, because my boyfriend and I saw one on Top Gear and then driving around and wanted to see how it drove. We parked and Gary immediately chatted us up. He showed us the FRS, but it was too small for us (I'm 6' and my bf is 6'2"). Gary listened to us and showed us a Scion iQ as well.
I love my car. I recently went to South Coast Toyota looking for a car for the near future. I was greeted by Joshua Guzman, a sales consultant, who was very professional. There was a wonderful selection of cars to choose from. He was very detailed on the features each car had and took into consideration the features important to me.
