Always friendly, always full of wonderful people, always enjoy my visit! I'm the happiest when my doctor's appointments are at the VA :-) you just don't get that service out in the civilian World :-)
Dr. Gauthier is the best OB/GYN I have ever encountered . She is thorough, makes you feel comfortable, full of information & very professional! �
I haven't had any issues and it beats driving to Salisbury VA. Now I'm hoping they get mental health together so I can get at least a monthly routine appointment.
I love how you can check in to where ever you go with their kiosk and walk right into your appointment. To be able to see my primary care doctor, get blood work done and pick a prescription in under an hour is the quickest I have been in there and it's more faster to schedule an appointment as well. Love the upgrades and the veterans like myself who are there to help with any questions you need!!!
This was my first experience with the VA in Charlotte..I am transferring my husband from Dorm to Charlotte..everyone was so nice and pleasant..thanks for the help I was given..
I have had excellent service and care so far. My Primary Care Dr has called me with results of tests and made other appointments as necessary.
I think it's great to have volunteers there to assist with folks. Beautiful facility
