The Charlotte VA Health Center is by far head and shoulders above the rest.... the service and care is always Top Gun, and everyone always goes above and beyond the call of duty.
I have received excellent care and attention here, sometimes you may have to wait a little, but overall great care by mostly friendly people.
It's in Charlotte and they do a nice job.
Absolutely worthless. They should just do away with the VA Hospitals and Clinics and send everyone to third party facilities.
Everytime we've been, my dad has been called back for his appt within 5minutes and the doctors know what they're doing here!! Also, every employee tells my dad "Thank you for your service", as we are leaving and that's respect right there!!
I've had great care from my VA providers! God Bless America!
Every time I come here I am given a new reason to hate the VA. I'm sick of the incompetent government employees. Just give me a way to go to a private doctor. Nothing ever gets done here because the bureaucracy is more important than treating patients
