In this age of covid19 its a harbor in the storm . What can be attended to is handled ,the rest is outsourced it would've been better where it a full service VA hospital but we will settle for what we have

Always polite and courteous. Could move a little quicker but it is what it is.

it's impossible to get a human on the phone. it's impossible to get an appointment scheduled by phone. this is ridiculous, my dad has been in the hospital and he needs to see his physician and we cant get anything scheduled.

If you want to know why veterans kill themselves it is the experiences that you can encounter all over this va facility. Urology clinic is especially bad.
