Had. 9:30 Appointment. Wasn't Informed Of Cancellation Until My Arrival
Picked up my new ears yesterday, got to get used to them, didn't realize that those boards in the dining room squeaked that loud. Warming, do not gossip around me LOL :-)
I can honestly say for the first time I loved it. I was approved for 70 % compensation, but when I attempted to get travel pay I was told that there was nothing in system showing my rating. So I took my letter and showed it to a Lynette in Elgibility and she put it in system with no problem and retroed previous travel pay.(Thanks Lynette). With the exception of my VSO (Debra Jarmon) I had experienced one unprofessional experience after another.
Need to work on time seeing veterans. Other than that super gorgeous facility..
The new facility is very nice. My husband received great care during his most recent visit. The staff was very courteous to us and also to the other Vets in the waiting area. I don't think anyone waited longer than 15 or 20 minutes to be seen.
