Signed in at imaging they called me back in about 5 mins the X-Ray tech was very caring and professional I was in and out.
I transferred fro VA Sa Juan and told my Podiatrist that since I'm a diabetic I needed shoes or sneakers in order for to do my walking exercise, the respond I got was that I have to have some kind of amputation in order for them to order them for me, I thought in preventive med not reactive but proactive,,,,
What kind of doctor say they not going to touch you hell after that i didn't even want to talk to her anymore # who need to be treated like that

If your patient you can get what you need at the new Charlotte VA. The folks that work there are kind and courteous and will answer all your questions. This facility is brand new and after all the departments are up and running it will be the best VA health care facility in the reagin. Outstanding in my book!
Awesome care for our vets. My guy had to go there for check up and got his eyes checked plus glasses. If you need a ride there they will pay for transportation. Just apply for it and they will send you the money by putting it on your VA card.Such a beautiful place excellent location.
Very nice facility. Everyone my husband sees has been professional and supportive. We go every month for necessary reasons and always greeted with a smile.
I Had No Problems !! The Staff was very friendly to me as I checked in for my appointment !!!
I had an appointment for 8:30 am. I arrived be gore 8:00 am and didn't see my doc until 8:50 am. The check in folks at the desk need to stay at their desk. On exit, it was shuffled between two different intake areas several feet apart. Not very efficient.
