Friendly staff greets you makes eye contact. Clean facilities
Really nice facility very clean and up to date . Staff is pretty good with the few exceptions but there are a few bad apples everywhere
Very nice facility. The staff are very professional except one technician in the eye clinic, black female wearing red scrubs, sorry I didn't get her name (nor did she introduce herself. I tried talking with her, just general information about the facility, the weather, etc., no response. Very limited seating in the blood lab waiting area, maybe 10-12 seats. There should be a sign giving priority to us aging vets who need a seat instead of the family members, drivers, etc.
The technician took very good care of me during the time I was there. I had a good experience.
It is a mixture of some very nice people and some very uncaring people! Lacking Compassion and caring!! These Men and Women have served our Country, and some people in this VA don't seem to get it!! More respect needs to be given to them!!
This new one is wonderful all the staff really take care of us there... as soon as they see us they treat us like family... keep up the great work... thank all of yall so much...

The center, people, and service are great.....the phone and appointment system not so much.
We just moved to the Charlotte area 2 months ago and we are thrilled with services at new clinic. My husband's new primary Dr Gehle is on top of everything and has transferred all necessary meds and specialists without any delay. It is a real blessing to be with this new team.
