Impressed with the emergency services and how quickly the nurse responded to our call.
I had my first appointment with mental health yesterday. It was scheduled in early February but the doctor canceled. I arrived 10 minutes early then waited 45 minutes for my appointment. After complaining I finally saw the doctor. Then after 15 minutes, I was out the door. Really? I have PTSD, why do you think I was there? What a waste of time. I am going to transfer to Salisbury even though it is an hour drive. It has to be better than this.
Very efficient and pleasant that made sure my visit was successful!
Waiting was a bit longer than my appointment time and I arrived quite early. Quality and quatity of care, some unexpected additional care was received also. :)
Actually had a great nurse and the doctor was very upfront. Entire staff was helpful in helping me get through this process.
