No long waits and treated me with respect and courtesy.
Nice facility, met with new PCP, Dr Sathiraju whom I like very much. Staff...some friendly...Rare to see white people behind desk.
This VA Health center is second to none! From the Helpdesk to the nurses technicians and doctors, they are all first class they're carrying and willingness to listen and help is outstanding and I command all of them and the center. Thank you!

Why I had to drive across town in rush hour traffic not that it makes any difference with the way people in Charlotte drive but why just to watch the tech. put info in the computer to order shoes. Could have done that on the phone. Could have done more veterans saved on travel pay and saved me a couple hours travel. Can't do all appointments on the phone but this could have been done. Have to go back to get them but if they were shipped here another trip could have been saved Plus when they come in there will be a few weeks ... read more
I can't complain every time I have come to Charlotte VA health care center my experience has always been outstanding. My doctors and therapist are awesome. I am not always comfortable talking to people but with them I am relaxed and at ease.
My doctors and the medical team charged with my Healthcare are professionals and they care about their patients and I respect that.
