What's not to love?! The store is beautiful, the little rooms are amazing, the staff, namely Andrew and Paul were great
Sonos you need to teach your staff two things, 1. Customer service and 2. how to use your products they are selling... what Useless staff.. unable to get the audio rooms to work. I asked them to demo the Sonos ‘beam’ from the store display instead which they said they also couldn’t as they don’t know how to isolate it from the rest of the store.
