No door person to help but everything else was amazing
Cancelled our accomdation and readvertsied for double the price. Don't book with these guys as you may have your accomdation cancelled as well. It's really annoying as we are finding it hard to find the right accomdation.
Don't book here! ! ! THEY WILL CANCEL LAST MINUTE! ! We had been paid and booked for 2 weeks when they suddenly canceled our reservation saying we didn't book for a long enough stay. However there was no minimum stay listed on the website for that room. (it was NOT an "extended stay room") Also, the website let us book for that long, calculated and charged the payment, etc... My guess is that they got another request from someone else and it's a money grab. And now they won't honor the agreement. POOR POOR business practice!... read more
Stayed there for 3nights with the family and we booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Great location with easy access to Tesco, tube stations and cafes. Cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing and we had to change pillow cases due to stains on them. Apartment ran out of hot water one day and this was in the middle on winter. Good thing they were able to fix that. If they just spent a bit more time focusing on the cleanliness of the rooms this would be an all round winner.
Great location and well maintained apartment. Shower etc are perfect. Why such a small bed?
